The Council amends the proposed E-bike law and approves a volunteer water conservation program. Plus, input and guidance was given on Dallas’ next Transportation System Plan.

A status update on the new Transportation System Plan will be given to the Council for input. Plus a new law on E-bikes gets a 1st reading, and a new program to encourage saving water will be voted on.

Discussions started with the School Board on declining enrollment. Intersection improvements for Jasper and Ellendale were approved and members were appointed to start reviewing the City Charter.
