Every city council meeting comes with an agenda packet. Sometimes the packets can be over 100 pages and feel overwhelming. So the goal is to make the information easier to access and understand.

What can you expect

Before each meeting, you’ll get a meeting prep post. It will simplify each item on the agenda into a short and clear summary. After each meeting, you will get a meeting wrap up post. It will give you summaries of what happened and recap the major discussions. Councilor meeting attendance will be tracked and vote tallies will also be included in the wrap up.

Hi, I’m your neighbor, Trevor! I moved to Dallas in 2022, and I’ve lived in West Salem previously for almost 10 years. I also have a bachelors degree from Portland State University in political science.
